Agapi House is located in the very center and most attractive part of Neos Marmaras. It is a neat and well-maintained accommodation that has four accommodation units with a capacity of up to four people, some of which have a nice view of the town square and the sea.
The city beach is about 500 meters away, while the beach in the Paradisos area is approximately 2 km away. In the immediate vicinity of the accommodation there are numerous pastry shops, pizzerias, gyros bars, taverns, cafes, restaurants, as well as supermarkets and various shops.
Accommodation consists of one double room, two three-bed studios and one four-bed studio. All accommodation units are located on the second floor of the building.
Three-bed studios are equipped with one French and one single bed and are oriented towards the back of the building, overlooking the street. In one of these studios, the kitchen is located inside the unit, while in the other it is located on the terrace. The four-bed studio has one double bed and a sofa for two people, and the kitchen is located on the terrace with a view of the sea.
A double room is a unit on two levels. On the lower level, which is on the second floor, there is only the entrance, while the stairs lead to the gallery where the double bed is placed. This unit does not have a kitchen, only a fridge, and also offers views of the square and the sea.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with TV, wireless internet and mosquito nets. Studio kitchens include a two-burner stove, small refrigerator, and basic cookware. Bathrooms in all units have a shower-tub with a curtain.
The accommodation does not have a yard, and parking is possible along the street behind the building. The cleaning of the accommodation units, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is performed halfway through the stay for reservations lasting 7 to 10 nights, while for longer stays, it is performed twice during the stay.
