Studio Alexandros is located on a hill in the popular Neos Marmaras, right on the corner of two busy streets. It is a single accommodation unit, completely separate and apart, which gives guests a sense of privacy. The building is renovated, nicely equipped and well maintained, and the rooms are bright, clean and comfortable.
Down the street, about 300 meters from the accommodation, you will find the sea and port, as well as the post office, banks and a large selection of restaurants, cafes, taverns, pizzerias, pastry shops, bakeries, grocers, boutiques and shops. The nearest beach is about 400 meters away, but it is small, unkempt, pebbly and rocky. The town's long shallow sandy beach is located about 1 km away, while the beach in the Paradisos area is a little closer, so it is recommended to use a car to get to those beaches, especially for guests who do not like long walks. There is a well-stocked Smile supermarket about 100 meters from the accommodation, and there are other shops nearby.
The studio has an area of about 60 m² and can host up to four people. It consists of one larger room arranged as a living room and bedroom with a view of the sea, a separate kitchenette and a bathroom. In the space there is a dining table, TV, air conditioning, WiFi internet, a wardrobe, a double bed and a two-seater with a drawer that can be pulled out and used as an additional single bed. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as basic dishes and cutlery. The bathroom has a shower-tub.
In front of the accommodation there is a balcony, i.e. an area surrounded by a concrete wall, with seating and a clothes dryer. Given that the studio is located directly next to the street, complete silence cannot be guaranteed, but the location offers a dynamic ambience and lively atmosphere of the place.
The accommodation does not have a yard or private parking, but parking is possible on the street in front of the building.
The easiest way to get to the studio is if, from the direction of Nikiti, at the first turn for Neos Marmaras, you continue straight for about 300 meters to the pharmacy, in the immediate vicinity of which this accommodation is located.
