Alexia Haus is a neat and decent accommodation located in Neos Marmaras, in a good position between the town center and the beach in the Paradisos area. The facility has well-maintained and very clean accommodation units, most of which have an open and direct view of the sea. The owners are friendly and helpful and available to guests during their stay.
The accommodation is located at the entrance to Neos Marmaras. Paradisos beach and the center of the resort, with a variety of tourist offers, are about 500 meters away. A pharmacy and shops are located about 200 meters away, while the long sandy city beach is approximately 1.5 km away.
We offer a total of 12 accommodation units distributed on the high ground floor, first and second floors. The building has 11 rooms for two or three people, seven of which have a direct view of the sea, while four are located at the back of the building. Double rooms are equipped with one French bed or two joined single beds, with an additional drawer-bed. Triple rooms have one double and one single bed or three single beds, two of which are connected. There is also one apartment on the first floor, with two separate bedrooms. One has two single beds, while the other is equipped with a double bed and has access to a balcony with a view of the sea. The apartment has the possibility of adding an extra bed, so it can host up to five people.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a hair dryer, and the balconies are equipped with seating.
Considering that the rooms and the apartment do not have their own kitchen, guests have access to a shared kitchen with a dining room within the facility. The kitchen is equipped with a large stove with an oven, a kettle and a coffee machine. There is a possibility to agree with the owners about the breakfast service in the snack bar located on the upper ground floor of the building.
A baby cot is not available, and pets are not allowed. Cleaning of accommodation units, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three days.
The building does not have a classic yard, except for a small green area in front of the building, but guests have access to common rooms, furnished balconies and equipment for preparing a barbecue. Parking is not provided, and vehicles are parked on the street in front of the building.
Coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, Alexia Haus can be reached by turning off the main road at the first entrance to Neos Marmaras.
