Ameris Studios & Apartments is a family accommodation located in the central town square of Neos Marmaras, right in front of the port, on the seafront. Thanks to its extremely favorable location, guests have easy and quick access to all the facilities that this resort offers, while the well-equipped, tidy and functional accommodation units ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay.
The city beach, as well as the beach in the Paradisos area, are about 1 km away, while at approximately 500 meters there is a smaller, unorganized beach in the bay, which can be reached on foot. In the immediate vicinity of the accommodation there are post offices, banks, three supermarkets and bakeries, while restaurants, fish taverns, fast food establishments, cafes, internet cafes, bars and clubs are available just a few steps away.
The complex has a total of nine accommodation units. The offer includes two double-bed studios, six apartments with a capacity of up to four people, as well as one four-bed apartment in which there is the possibility of adding an extra bed for a fifth person for an additional fee.
Apartment number 1 has four beds and is located on the second floor, with rooms spread over two levels. In the lower part there is a living room with a dining room and a kitchen equipped with a stove with an oven and a refrigerator with a smaller freezer compartment, then a bedroom with a double bed, TV, air conditioning, a wardrobe and access to a balcony with seating and a view of the sea, as well as a bathroom with a glass shower cabin. Metal stairs lead to the gallery where there are two joined single beds, an additional TV and air conditioning, as well as the possibility of adding a fifth bed for an additional fee.
Apartments number 2 and 8, which are located on the first floor, as well as apartment number 9 on the second floor, have four beds and have a view of the sea. The living room contains a sofa that folds out into a bed for two people, a dining table and a kitchen with a refrigerator and a stove with an oven, as well as a TV and air conditioning. The living room opens onto a balcony with seating, while the separate bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a glass shower cabin.

Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three to four days, while it is possible to organize additional or daily cleaning for an additional fee. Small pets are allowed on request.
The building does not have a yard, but free public parking is located in the port, at a distance of about 200 meters.
