Anna Maria Apartments is an accommodation with a beautiful view of the sea, located at the very beginning of Neos Marmaras, near the center and all important tourist facilities. Thanks to its convenient location, guests can easily move around and visit the surrounding beaches, such as Lagomandra, Kalogria and Koviou, which are easily accessible.

Paradisos beach is about 1.3 km away, while the city beach is located approximately 950 meters from the property. The town center, with a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and other amenities necessary for a stay, is about 200 meters away.

The offer includes one three-bed studio, one four-bed studio and five four-bed apartments, two of which are duplex apartments.

Four-bed apartments A1 and A2 consist of a living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed. The bedroom is separated by a wall with a large window and a curtain. These apartments have access to a common balcony, equipped with two sets of seating, with a side view of the sea. The four-bed studio G8 has one double bed and a sofa bed, as well as a large balcony with a table and chairs, also with a side view of the sea. Apartments A1 and A2, as well as studio G8, are located on the ground floor seen from the back of the house, while from the front, due to the location of the building on the slope, they are at the basement level.

Three-bed studio B3 is located on the first floor and has one double bed and an extra bed. The balcony is equipped with a table and chairs and has a side view of the sea.

The four-bed duplex apartment B4 is located on the first floor and has two double beds in two bedrooms. The balcony is accessible from both bedrooms, is equipped with a table and chairs and has a side view of the sea.

The four-bed apartments G6 and G7 have a double bed in the bedroom, while in the living room there is a sofa for one person and a pull-out armchair. These apartments have a balcony with a table and chairs and offer a direct view of the sea. They are located on the second floor, in the attic, and are the only ones in the building that have two air conditioners each.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with WiFi internet, TV and mosquito nets. The kitchens have a stove, except in the three-bed studio B3 and the duplex apartment B4, where two hotplates are available, as well as a large refrigerator with a freezer and complete dishes. Apartments A1, A2, G6 and G7 have bathrooms with showers, studio G8 has a smaller bathtub with a curtain, while studio B3 and apartment B4 have a shower tub with a curtain, while the shower in studio B3 is partially separated by a glass partition. A hairdryer is provided in all bathrooms. Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days. A baby cot is available on request.

On the ground floor of the building there is a common balcony with a table, chairs and a grill, which is available to all guests. Private parking is not provided, and parking is possible in the surrounding streets, with a note that during the peak season, finding a parking space is difficult.

Coming from the direction of Nikiti, after passing the Paradissos supermarket, turn right after about 60 meters and continue straight to the first intersection, where you go straight again, and then after approximately 200 meters the accommodation is on the left.
