Charistos House is located in Neos Marmaras and is a pleasant, tidy accommodation, ideal for guests who want to be in the center of the action. It is located in the immediate vicinity of shops, restaurants, cafes and promenades, so all facilities needed for a comfortable stay are easily accessible. The city beach is about 700 meters away and can be reached by easy walking. Neos Marmaras, spread over three picturesque hills, is considered one of the liveliest resorts in Sithonia, with a rich offer of entertainment, gastronomy and attractive beaches, as well as a good position for exploring the entire peninsula.
We offer double rooms, as well as studios for two or three people. Double rooms are located on the ground floor or on the first floor and consist of a sleeping area and a bathroom. They are equipped with a double bed or two joined single beds.
Two-bed studios are located on the second floor and consist of a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, and there is a French bed in them.
Three-bed studios are located on the ground floor or on the first floor and consist of a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. They are equipped with a double bed and one single bed or with three single beds.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned, and free Wi-Fi internet and TV are available to guests in all units, except for one accommodation unit marked number 9. The studios have a kitchenette equipped with a single-burner stove, a standard fridge with a freezer compartment and a kettle.
Depending on the floor on which the accommodation unit is located, guests can use the balcony or veranda, equipped with seating.
