Chrisi Studios is located in Neos Marmaras, in the immediate vicinity of the city beach, next to the city stadium. Accommodation offers air-conditioned rooms, studios and apartments with wireless internet and private terraces with awnings, while some units offer a beautiful view of the sea. Due to its location, neatness and functionality, this accommodation is among the most sought after in this lively resort.
The town's sandy beach is only 60 meters away. The nearest taverns and shops are located about 50 meters away, while the center of Neos Marmaras is approximately 500 meters away.
We offer two-bed rooms and one two-bed studio of about 25 m², three-bed and four-bed studios of about 35 m², as well as four-bed apartments of about 50 m². All accommodation units, with the exception of apartments and four-bed studios, have a view of the sea.
Two four-bed studios on the ground floor have spacious private verandas, separated from each other by a metal partition, facing the street. These studios have one double bed and one single bed, as well as a sofa. The kitchens are equipped with an induction hob, fridge and basic dishes. The three-bed studio on the first floor has one double bed and one single bed, while the kitchen is equipped with a stove with two hotplates, a refrigerator and the necessary dishes.
Double rooms have one French or two single beds and do not have a kitchen. In front of one double room (number 8) there is a small kitchenette that is used exclusively by the guests of that room.
Apartment number 4 is located on the first floor and consists of two bedrooms separated from the kitchen area. Each bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning, and one has direct access to the bathroom. Apartment number 9 is located on the second floor; the kitchen and bathroom are part of the living room with a double bed, while the separate bedroom has two single beds and air conditioning. Both apartments have mosquito nets on the windows, except for one smaller window in the kitchen of apartment number 4. All rooms in the apartments have access to private terraces. The kitchens are equipped with a stove with two burners, a refrigerator and dishes. The apartments do not have a view of the sea, but are oriented towards the forest and the surrounding buildings.
All bathrooms have a shower-tub without a curtain, while all terraces are covered with electric awnings. Cleaning, as well as changing bed linen and towels, is done every five days or in the middle of the stay, with the possibility of more frequent changes at the guests' request.
The accommodation has a small yard with a barbecue. Private parking is not provided, but there is a large public parking about 100 meters away. Also, free parking is possible in the vicinity of the stadium, next to which the accommodation is located, in the street directly above.
