Christeluda Studios & Apartments is a good choice for families with children, first of all thanks to the fenced and safe yard that provides peace, natural shade and a pleasant space for outdoor recreation. The accommodation is located outside the town, which makes it suitable for guests who want to be away from the noise and bustle of the city. Although it is outside Neos Marmaras, it is not a significant disadvantage, because the doctor regularly comes to the nearby camp, so the stay is suitable for families who did not come with their own transport.
The facility is located on the road from Neos Marmaras to Nikiti, on an elevation above the highway, at a distance of about 200 meters from the beach of the Castello camp. The beach is sandy, landscaped and has a gradual entrance to the sea, and there is also a bar nearby. Within the camp, it is possible to buy various types of pastries, while next to the arranged part of the beach, there is also a free part intended for guests who use their own equipment.
Accommodation consists of four superior apartments and three studios, some of which have a partial view of the sea. All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with TV, wireless internet and hot water available throughout the day. Two superior apartments have an area of 48 m², while the remaining two have an area of 42 m². Two studios are about 35 m², while one is smaller, 28 m².
The apartments are located at the front of the building, on the high ground floor, which is raised three to eight steps from the ground level. The studios are located on the side of the building, and one studio is located on the first floor. One of the superior apartments does not have a fenced veranda, but a space in front of the front door with a table and chairs.
Superior apartment White has a bedroom with a double bed, which is separated from the kitchen area by a large wooden arched door. There are two sofas in the kitchen area, and the apartment has two exits to the balcony and a spacious bathroom with a shower.
Superior apartment Lila has a completely separate bedroom with a French bed, formed by two joined single beds, while there are two sofas in the living room with the kitchen. The bathroom is large and equipped with a shower.
On the ground floor there is also a more spacious Lavander studio, suitable for accommodating two to four people. In this studio, a double bed is located in a part of the room that is separated from the rest of the space by an archway and a curtain, where there is a fully equipped kitchen with a mini-stove with oven, refrigerator and freezer, as well as a folding sofa for two people.
Apartment Blue has a bedroom with two single beds joined by a large mattress into a French bed, while in the area with the kitchen there are two smaller couches intended for children. The bathroom is spacious, nicely decorated and equipped with a shower-tub without a curtain, and the kitchen contains a stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and the necessary dishes.
Studio Cyan has a double bed in a part of the space that is separated by a curtain, while in the rest there is a single bed for a child and an extra bed. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with a curtain.
Studio Terracotta has a French bed and a folding armchair, and the bathroom is spacious and suitable for people with mobility difficulties and reduced mobility.
Studio Peach is the only studio on the floor. It has a small kitchen with a stove and a refrigerator, located under a sloping wall, a small sink, a double bed and a couch, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a curtain. This studio has a sea view.
In accommodation units where instead of a French bed there are two joined single beds, a special mattress can be added at the request of the guests to form a French bed. An additional bed is a small two-seater intended for children up to 12 years old or a bed with a standard mattress.
Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done after three nights.
Within the fenced yard, rich in greenery, guests have at their disposal a parking lot, a shower and fountain, sunbeds, swings, toys and a children's play area, which enables a pleasant stay outdoors in a natural environment.
Getting to the accommodation is easy. Taking the main road from Nikiti towards Neos Marmaras, about 30 meters before the Castello Camp sign, there is an uphill turn on the left that leads to Christeluda Studios & Apartments. After about 80 meters of ascent, you will reach the building.
