Crystal House is located at the entrance to Neos Marmaras, near Paradisos Beach, and is a suitable choice for large families or larger groups who value privacy and fully equipped accommodation, to make them feel at home during their stay.
Paradisos Beach is approximately 450 meters away, while the center of Neos Marmaras is approximately 550 meters away. A bakery and a tavern are about 400 meters from the building, and a shop about 300 meters away.
We offer two maisonettes and two studios, which can be rented out separately or as a whole, i.e. in a combination of one maisonette and one studio. Due to the location of the house on a hill, the layout of the units depends on the side from which the building is viewed. At the front of the house, the maisonettes are on the ground floor, and the studios are in the basement, while at the back, the studios are on the ground floor, and the maisonettes are on the first floor. The entrance to the maisonettes is from the front of the building, while the studios are entered from the back. The units are connected to each other by stairs, at the top of which there is a door that can be locked when the accommodation is let out separately.
Maisonettes, with an area of about 70 m², are identically furnished. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower cabin. On the ground floor, in one room, there is a kitchen and a living room with two sofas, one of which can be extended. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a stove, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, espresso coffee machine, large refrigerator with freezer, as well as a table and chairs. Each floor has a terrace with a view of the sea in the distance.
The studios, with an area of about 38 m², differ in layout and equipment. One studio has a sofa bed and two single beds, while the kitchen is equipped with a stove, toaster, kettle, espresso coffee machine and a large refrigerator with freezer. The second studio has one double bed, another narrower than standard bed and two sofas. His kitchen is equipped with a stove, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and two small refrigerators with freezer compartments. The bathrooms of both studios have a shower cabin, and the terraces have a view of the sea from afar.
All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning, TV, internet, safe, washing machine, iron, hair dryer and mosquito nets. When the maisonette and studio are rented out as a whole, guests have three bedrooms, two kitchens and two bathrooms at their disposal.
Private parking is provided in front of and behind the building for all guests.
Coming from the direction of Nikiti, it is necessary to turn towards Neos Marmaras at the first turn for the place, continue straight and after about 400 meters the accommodation will appear on the right.
