Dimi House is located about 250 meters from the sandy beach of Tripotamos, which stretches between Nikiti and Neos Marmaras, on the west coast of Sithonia. The beach is known for its peaceful surroundings and natural ambience, while the private villas in the hinterland add to the feeling of privacy. A mini-market and a restaurant are available to guests within the camp on the beach, which makes the stay more convenient. The center of Neos Marmaras, with its wide range of shops, restaurants and entertainment facilities, is about 5 km away.
The accommodation is organized as a maisonette on two levels and can accommodate a maximum of eight people. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. In the attic there is an open gallery with a sleeping area, in which there are two French beds.
On request, within the price, it is possible to provide a baby cot.
The maisonette is air-conditioned and guests have access to a TV, free Wi-Fi internet, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large fridge with freezer, a three-burner stove and a small oven, a filter coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.
Outdoor living is possible on the veranda, which is equipped with seating. In the yard there is a summer house with an outdoor dining area, a private barbecue and toys for children.
The stay of small pets is allowed with prior agreement with the owners and with an additional fee.
Guests receive clean accommodation and during their stay take care of maintaining hygiene, as well as changing bed linen and towels. For all reservations, an additional payment is required for final cleaning after the stay.
Parking is possible in front of the accommodation.
