Eladia Suites is located in the very center of Neos Marmaras, only 20 meters from the small city beach, suitable for a short swim and refreshment. The main city beach is about 650 meters away. Due to the proximity to the sea and all important facilities, this accommodation is a practical choice for families, couples and groups who want a comfortable stay in the lively part of the resort.
The accommodation has three four-bed studios, designed for a maximum of four people. One studio each is located on the high ground floor, on the first and on the second floor.
All studios have one double bed and a sofa bed for two people. At the guests' request, within the price, it is possible to get a baby cot.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with TV, free Wi-Fi internet, mosquito nets, safety deposit box and hair dryer. The kitchens are fully equipped and include a standard fridge, induction hob with one ring, electric cooker, coffee maker and microwave oven.
The bathrooms have a shower area without a tub, with a glass screen. The studios on the first and second floors have a balcony with seating and a direct view of the sea, while the studio on the upper ground floor has a spacious veranda with seating and a view of the yard and the street.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation. Cleaning of accommodation units, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three days.
Eladia Suites does not have a private parking lot, but a parking space can be found in the immediate vicinity, along the street.
