Elena's House is an accommodation located near the center of Neos Marmaras and the city beach, intended for guests who want to be within walking distance of the sea and all important amenities. We offer air-conditioned double rooms, three-bed studios and one four-bed apartment, and all accommodation units have wireless internet and mosquito nets. The owners are friendly and accommodating and are always available to guests during their stay.
The city beach in Neos Marmaras is about 125 meters away, while the nearest shops and taverns are located approximately 50 meters from the accommodation.
The building was built in 1998 and completely renovated in 2014, when all the furniture was replaced. It has three double rooms, two three-bed studios and one four-bed apartment. Double rooms and an apartment are located on the second floor, while the studios are located on the first floor.
A double room with a view of the sea has one double bed, while two double rooms with a view of the courtyard have two joined single beds each. All rooms have a private bathroom with a wall-mounted shower, without a curtain, as well as a balcony.
Three-bed studios number 1 and 2 are spacious, about 35 m², and have three single beds, a kitchen and a bathroom. Studio number 2 has a large terrace with a view of the courtyard, where two single beds are joined into one double bed. Studio number 1 looks towards the neighboring house, has a small balcony, has one French bed and one single bed, separate kitchen and exit to the yard.
The four-bed apartment consists of two smaller bedrooms, about 10 m² each, with one double bed each, as well as a separate kitchen. The kitchen and bathroom are located between the bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with two burners, a refrigerator and basic dishes. The apartment has one bathroom, two TV sets and a very spacious veranda of about 70 m², suitable for spending time outdoors with a view of the sea. The owners prefer families with small children to stay in this apartment.
All accommodation units, except the rooms, have a kitchen and a refrigerator. Mosquito nets, hair dryer, wireless internet, TV and air conditioning are available to guests. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, and there are clothes dryers on the terraces. Cleaning, as well as changing towels and bed linen, is done after three nights.
The accommodation does not have a landscaped yard, but there is a small grass area behind the house. Public parking is available at a distance of about 100 meters.
The facility is easy to reach. From the city stadium, you need to go up the street next to Alfa Alfa Studios and continue straight, and Elena's House is about 100 meters further, on the right. There is a small clothing store on the ground floor of the building.
