Glaros Hotel is located in the very center of Neos Marmaras, in the first row by the sea and the port. Although the building is not of recent construction, it is in good condition, properly maintained and functionally equipped. A special advantage of the hotel is an extremely attractive location, as well as an open view of the sea from most of the accommodation units.
The city beach, holder of the Blue Flag, is about one kilometer away, and approximately the same distance separates the hotel from the sandy beach of Paradisos. About 500 meters away, there is a smaller, unorganized beach, which can be used for swimming, although it is not organized like the main city beaches. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel there are numerous facilities - bus and taxi station, taverns, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bakeries and cafes, while the hotel itself is located above the restaurant.
There are a total of 13 rooms on offer, designed for up to three people. All rooms, except one facing the back of the building, have a direct or side view of the sea. Double rooms have one double bed on the lower floor or two single beds on the upper floor. In the double rooms that can accommodate a third person, in addition to the French or two single beds, there is also a sofa bed suitable for an adult.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have WiFi internet, TV, hairdryer, bathroom with shower-tub with or without a curtain, as well as a balcony with an awning. The size of the balcony varies from room to room, while the balconies of some rooms face the street and are slanted due to the configuration of the terrain. Mosquito nets are not installed, but electric insect repellants are available to guests. An iron is available on request. Rooms are cleaned daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days. Pets are not allowed.
The hotel does not have a yard, and parking is possible in the vicinity of the building, as well as in the free public parking lot located at a distance of about 300 meters.
