Kaplanis House is located on a hill above the center of Neos Marmaras. The facility was recently renovated and offers accommodation in clean, comfortable and modern units, decorated with taste and quality furniture. Thanks to the location, most of the amenities in the place are within walking distance, while the accommodation itself provides a pleasant feeling of comfort and orderliness.
The town beach is a little more than 1 km away, while the Paradisos beach is about 600-700 m away. In a nearby cove, less than 400 m away, there is also a smaller unorganized beach that can be used. In the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, just a few minutes' walk away, there are restaurants, bars, taverns, bakeries, pharmacies, supermarkets and shops open until late.
The house is spread over four floors and has a total of 23 accommodation units. There are eight double rooms, three double studios, six three-bed studios, five Junior Suite apartments for up to four people, as well as one Family Deluxe Suite apartment for up to five people.
Double rooms and double studios each have one double bed, while three-bed studios are equipped with one double bed and one single bed. Only one three-bed studio has a double bed and a sofa. Junior suite apartments have a double bed in the bedroom and two single beds or a sofa for two people in the living room. The Family Deluxe Suite has two bathrooms and two televisions, a double bed in the bedroom, as well as a double bed and sofa in the living room. This unit has a large, furnished balcony of approximately 20 m² that provides additional privacy. Due to the cascading construction, the apartment is reached by stairs to the basement level, while the entrance and terrace are on the upper ground floor level.
Double rooms have a mini-bar, while all other accommodation units have a kitchen equipped with a stove and a standard refrigerator. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower-tub, with or without a curtain.
All units have a balcony with an awning, seating and clothes dryer, air conditioning, WiFi internet, TV and DVD player. Some units have a side view of the sea, while others are oriented towards the park or the street. Iron and ironing board, hair dryer and coffee maker are available upon request.
Maintenance and airing of the rooms is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three to four days. The facility does not have a yard, and parking is possible on the street in the vicinity of the accommodation.
The easiest way to reach Kaplanis House is to turn off the main road from the direction of Nikiti at the first entrance to Neos Marmaras, and then continue straight for about 500 meters.
Kaplanis House is a suitable choice for families and couples who are looking for neat, functional and well-equipped accommodation in the center of town, but still slightly separated from the city noise and crowd.
