Description Kiki Apartment is located in the famous resort of Neos Marmaras, on the Sithonia peninsula, in Halkidiki. The facility is located in the very center of town, only 50 meters from the coast, in the immediate vicinity of supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, which makes it an ideal choice for a relaxed and comfortable vacation. Guests are provided with a pleasant environment, with everything they need for carefree enjoyment. The sandy beach in the town is about 1 km from the property. The apartment is located on the second floor, in the attic, and can accommodate a maximum of seven adults. It has a living room with kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have one double bed and one bed for one person, while the living room has a sofa for one person. In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, TV, hair dryer, washing machine, as well as a kitchen equipped with a stove with four burners, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. This apartment has a large balcony, which is equipped with a seating area, and offers a view of the sea and the surrounding area. Due to construction on a sloping ground, the balcony is located at a higher level than the entrance to the apartment. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
