Kolovos House is located in Neos Marmaras, at the entrance of the town, near Paradisos beach and the center of the resort. The accommodation is about 400 meters from Paradisos beach and approximately 500 meters from the center of Neos Marmaras, while a pharmacy and shops are available at about 200 meters. The location provides easy access to the beach and all important amenities, while preserving peace during your stay.
We offer two accommodation units - a studio and an apartment.
The studio is located on the upper ground floor and can accommodate a maximum of three adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a separate bedroom and a bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa suitable for sleeping one person. The studio is air-conditioned and guests have access to Wi-Fi internet and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a stove with four glass ceramic rings, a large oven, a microwave oven and a large refrigerator with a freezer.
We also offer an apartment for up to four people. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and air conditioning, while the living room has two sofas. The living room is connected to the dining room and kitchen, and the rooms, except for the bedroom, bathroom and pantry, are not separated by doors. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator with freezer and necessary dishes, and it is separated from the dining room by a small bar. In the dining room there is a large table with chairs and an additional air conditioner. Guests have access to TV and wireless internet. The bathroom is equipped with a shower with a curtain and a washing machine. Around the apartment there is a large terrace in the shape of the letter "G", equipped with seating.
In front of the apartment there is a fenced stone yard with greenery. The accommodation does not have private parking, so guests park in the surrounding streets, depending on the availability of spaces.
