Mara House is located in Neos Marmaras, about 180 meters from the beach and approximately 600 meters from the town center. The accommodation is suitable for guests who are looking for a neat and pleasant environment for a peaceful vacation, with the possibility of enjoying the view of the sea.
We offer two accommodation units located on the first floor of the building.
The room is designed for a maximum of three adults and consists of a bathroom and kitchenette, which includes a double bed and a single bed.
The apartment can accommodate up to four adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a bed for one person, while a folding armchair is available in the living room.
Both accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with TV, WiFi internet and hair dryer. Kitchenettes in each unit include a standard fridge, kettle and coffee maker. The bathrooms are equipped with shower cabins.
On the ground floor of the building there is a veranda with a common kitchen, which is equipped with a stove with two burners, a grill and a dining table with chairs, intended for joint meals and spending time outdoors.
Guests also have access to a common balcony on the roof, which is shared by both accommodation units. The balcony is equipped with seating and a swing and offers a panoramic view of the sea.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation.
During the stay, the guests themselves maintain the hygiene of the accommodation, while the bed linen and towels are changed every four days.
A private parking space is provided for guests.
