Marialena's House is located in the famous tourist resort of Neos Marmaras, on the west coast of Sithonia in Halkidiki. Located in a quieter part of town, this studio complex provides a pleasant environment for rest and relaxation. It is surrounded by greenery and has a common yard with a barbecue and a children's playground, suitable for spending time outdoors. The nearest beach is about 300 meters from the accommodation.
The offer includes a total of sixteen accommodation units, distributed on the ground floor, first and second floors. The studios are intended for a maximum of two adults and two children. Each accommodation unit consists of one room with a kitchen and a separate bathroom. There is a double bed in the studios, while some units, depending on the type, have an additional bed for one person or a sofa for two people.
Upon request and without additional charge, a baby cot is available to guests.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with free WiFi internet and TV. Kitchens include a two-burner stove and a standard fridge-freezer.
Each studio has its own veranda or balcony, overlooking the beautifully landscaped courtyard and the sea in the distance.
The stay of pets is allowed with prior agreement and within the price.
Cleaning of accommodation units, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every four days.
One parking space is available to guests within the yard of the facility.
