Naias House is located in Neos Marmaras, on a hill near the stadium, 150 meters from the city center and 50 meters from the public car park along the main road. In front of the house is a fenced stone yard with a barbecue which is at the service of all guests, as well as a beautiful wooden summer house.

Accommodation has studios with a capacity of one to four people and apartments with a capacity of four or five people. Accommodation units overlook the mountains, the sea or the city.

On the ground floor there are three identically arranged studios, with one double and a single bed located in a separate part of the space, which however is not physically separated by a door. These studios overlook the front yard.

On the first floor there are four studios with one double bed, for one or two people. One of the studios, seen from the back, is located on the ground floor, since the accommodation is under a slope, but it has a fenced veranda and its own parking space. There is enough space in these studios for an extra bed.

There are three studios on the second floor. The largest of them has one French and one single bed with a drawer, so that it can accommodate four people. This studio has a smaller terrace than the others. The other two studios are located at the back of the house and have one double bed.

There are three apartments on the top floor. In the living room with kitchen there is a sofa bed, in the first bedroom there are two single beds, and in the second one a French one. The wall between those two rooms is not closed at the top, the opening to the ceiling is about half a meter, so that the air conditioner in the first room can comfortably refresh the second room. In the other room there is a TV. These apartments can accommodate up to five people, and the terrace is accessed from one of the rooms and the living room with kitchen.

Accommodation units include a spacious terrace, private safe, satellite TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, internet, hair dryer and kettle. Cleaning, as well as change of bed linen and towels, is done after three nights, and garbage is removed daily.

The house is in good condition, preserved and clean. It was built in 1992, and was last renovated in 2015. The nearest supermarket is 200 meters away, and the beach is about 500 meters away.

Due to the specific location where it is located, this accommodation is popular with tourists who come in their own cars, due to easier access to the beach and the city. If you are looking for accommodation with panoramic views of Neos Marmaras, a clean, comfortable and safe place, close to the city center, Naias House can be a great choice for you.

The main feature of the complex is the perfect hygiene of the accommodation units, and the owners of the complex are there to provide guests with all the information about Neos Marmaras and this area at all times.

All accommodation units have a kitchen for preparing small meals, a two-burner stove, a refrigerator, air conditioning (some of the rooms also have a fan), a TV and free wireless internet available throughout the complex. All rooms have very large terraces overlooking the city and mountains or overlooking the sea.

In the yard of the complex there is a barbecue that can be used free of charge by all guests.

Private parking is not available within the complex, but there are free parking spaces around the complex, and free public parking is available 50 meters away.

A beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear sea and bars, deck chairs and parasols is only 600m away from the Naias House complex.
