Olga Studios is located in Neos Marmaras, near the sea, on a hill in the immediate vicinity of the Paradisos settlement. It is a studio of solid quality, neat and well equipped with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay.
The nearest beach that can be reached on foot is about 250 meters away. It is a smaller, unkempt beach with pebbles and stones. The sandy town beach of Neos Marmaras is about 1.5 km away, while the beach in the Paradisos area is approximately 400 meters away. The town center is about 800 meters away, and the nearest supermarket and bakery are about 350 meters from the accommodation.
We offer one three-bed studio with a capacity of 3+1, an area of about 20 m², which can accommodate up to three adults and one child, with the possibility of using an extra bed for an extra charge. The studio is equipped with one double bed and one single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a mini-stove, microwave oven, large refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker, as well as necessary dishes and accessories. The accommodation unit has a TV, air conditioning, fan, WiFi internet, blinds, mosquito nets and a safe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower-tub with a curtain and a hair dryer. The studio is located on the high ground floor, a few steps above street level, has a separate entrance and a spacious private veranda equipped with seating and dining, parasol and clothes dryer. A washing machine, as well as bed linen and towels, are provided and are changed every five days.
The property does not have a yard or private parking, except for a few stone paths that surround it, but guests can park their cars on the street in front of the accommodation.
