Paris Apartments is a completely renovated accommodation facility located in Neos Marmaras, in the immediate vicinity of the city's sandy beach and the stadium. It is a comfortable, neat and functionally organized four-story house that is fully rented out to one family or group, which ensures guests a high degree of privacy during their stay.
The building is less than 300 meters from the beach, while the center of the town is at a similar distance, which can be reached in a few minutes of easy walking. Squares, bars, restaurants, shops, bakeries, pastry shops and other facilities are available in the area for both daytime activities and evening outings.
The house of about 130 m² is spread over four levels and contains three bedrooms with their own bathrooms, an additional bathroom and a separate toilet, two kitchens, as well as three balconies of about 10 m² with a partial side view of the sea. The building is built in a cascade, so none of the lower floors are in the basement, but all have natural lighting and access to the balcony or courtyard.
On the ground floor, where the entrance to the accommodation is located, there is a living room with a dining room and kitchen, a toilet and a balcony. The living room is equipped with a corner sofa, TV and air conditioning. On the upper floor there are two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and access to the balcony. Both rooms have a double bed, TV and air conditioning.
On the first lower floor there is a third bedroom with a balcony, a double bed, TV and air conditioning, as well as a small storage room with cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner and a washing machine. On the second lower floor, there is an additional living room with seating, dining room and kitchen, another bathroom, as well as an exit to the fenced yard area of about 30 m².
Both kitchens are fully equipped with a large fridge-freezer, a large oven and a four-burner induction hob. A microwave oven, a coffee maker and a kettle are also available to guests. The bathrooms are equipped with glass shower cabins and hair dryers.
The accommodation has mosquito nets, WiFi internet and a baby cot. The facility is cleaned every three to four days, while the bed linen and towels, which are provided, are changed by the guests themselves.
The property does not have a classic courtyard, but on the top floor there is a fenced area that guests can use for outdoor living and barbecuing. Parking is possible on the street in front of the house, as well as in two public parking lots located about 300 meters away - one along the main road and the other behind the stadium.
