Perix House is located about a nine-minute walk from the city beach in Neos Marmaras and is a solid choice for larger families and groups who value lower prices, a quieter environment, a spacious yard and greenery. The facility is separated from the city bustle, and wireless internet and TV are available to guests in all accommodation units.
The Masoutis supermarket is about 360 meters away, the city beach is about 650 meters away, while the center of Neos Marmaras is about 1.5 kilometers away. The beach can be reached by a pleasant walk along a street surrounded by greenery, along which there are pastry shops and taverns, so guests who do not use a car have the option of going out in the evening in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.
There are several types of accommodation units on offer: five two-bed economy studios, two three-bed economy studios, two two-bed studios, two three-bed apartments, as well as fourteen five-bed apartments on two levels, seven of which have a view of the courtyard, and seven of which have a view of nature.
Two-bed economical studios, located on the ground floor, have two single beds, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower without a shower-tub, that is, with tiles. It is possible to add an extra bed to these studios. Three-bed economical studios on the ground floor have two single beds and a sofa, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with a shower without a shower-tub.
Double studios are located on the first floor and are equipped with two single beds. Three-bed apartments are located on the second floor and have one single bed in the kitchen area, as well as a large French bed in a separate bedroom.
Five-bed apartments on two levels are arranged on the first and second floors. There is a double bed in the bedroom, a single bed in the area with the kitchen, while there is another double bed in the gallery above the kitchen.
All accommodation units have a terrace, TV, air conditioning, internet, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchens are equipped with a two-burner stove and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathrooms have a shower-tub, except in economy studios where there is a shower without a tub. Bed linen and towels are changed after four nights, and more often if necessary. For an additional fee, the owners can arrange additional cleaning.
In front of the building, all the way to the road, there is a yard paved with stone, while behind the house there is a larger, sheltered yard surrounded by greenery. Parking spaces in front and behind the accommodation, a garden shower, and two barbecues are available to guests.
Perix House is easily accessible via the Nikiti-Sarti highway. Before the Masoutis supermarket, turn right onto Kampos Grigoriou Street and drive for about 250 meters, after which the building is on the left.
