Sirius Apartments is located on the seafront, outside the center of Neos Marmaras, in a quiet location in the direction of the Paradisos area. The surroundings exude Mediterranean charm, while the accommodation offers a direct and open view of the Aegean Sea. The facility is regularly maintained, and the accommodation units are interestingly decorated and equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant and functional stay.
There is a small beach in front of the accommodation, which can be reached by stairs. Due to the rocky bottom and difficult entry into the water, it is not suitable for non-swimmers. At a distance of about 120 meters there is a smaller beach with a gradual entrance to the sea. The beach in the Paradisos area is approximately 500 meters away, while the city beach is approximately 1.5 kilometers away. The center of Neos Marmaras, with a complete tourist offer, is located about 500 meters away, and the nearest supermarket is 350 meters from the building.
The house is specifically and carefully decorated and has a total of five accommodation units, namely two studios with a capacity of two to four people and three apartments intended for a stay of four to seven people.
Apartment Estia, measuring 60 m², is located on the ground floor and consists of a spacious room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, two sofa beds for four people, air conditioning and TV. The bedroom is separate, air-conditioned, equipped with a French bed, a sofa bed and a TV. The bathroom has a glass shower cabin, and in front of the apartment there is a fenced balcony with seating. This accommodation unit has an adapted entrance and bathroom for wheelchairs and is the only one in the building where pets are allowed.
One studio and two apartments are located on the first floor. Studio Aphrodite, measuring 30 m², has a private balcony with a sea view, a table and chairs for sitting. It is air-conditioned and equipped with a TV, a desk, a double bed and a small extra bed for children, as well as a kitchen with a mini-stove with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer and an electric kettle. The sleeping area and the kitchen can be separated with a curtain if necessary. The bathroom has a shower cabin and a hair dryer.
Apartment Artemis, with one bedroom, is intended for a stay of up to four adults and one child. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a fold-out armchair, while in the living room there are two joined beds for one person. The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with a TV, and the kitchen has three hotplates with a small oven, a large refrigerator and a stove.
Duplex apartment Demetra is also located on the first floor. It has an equipped kitchen with a stove and an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, two air-conditioned bedrooms with a TV, and a bathroom with a standard-sized bathtub. One bedroom has two joined single beds and an extra bed, while the other has a double bed. The bathroom is accessible from the hallway, and the kitchen can be accessed from one of the rooms or from the outside.
Studio Hera is located on the second floor, has an area of 40 m² and has the largest balcony in the building, with a beautiful view of the sea. It is air-conditioned and equipped with a TV, a double bed and a sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower-bath with a curtain, while the kitchenette contains a two-burner stove and basic dishes. The oven is located outside, next to the entrance, and is available to guests.
WiFi internet, mosquito nets and hot water are available to guests throughout the day. Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every four days.
The building's yard is small and stony, but directly in front of the house, across the road and in the natural shade, there is a brick barbecue and several sofas, ideal for spending time by the sea. The facility does not have a private parking lot, so guests park their vehicles on the street.
