Sofia's Studios is one of the more affordable accommodations in one of the most sought-after locations in Neos Marmaras, close to the stadium and a short distance from the town's sandy beach. The facility is well maintained, very clean and functional, and the accommodation units are comfortable, airy and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay.
The town center is about 150 meters away, while the city beach is located approximately 200 meters from the accommodation. In the immediate vicinity are the town square, numerous taverns, fast food restaurants, bars, tourist shops, as well as markets and supermarkets. Paradisos beach is about 2.5 kilometers away.
There are a total of 11 accommodation units on offer, including two-bed, three-bed and four-bed studios, as well as four-bed apartments. Double studios have one French or two joined single beds. Three-bed studios contain one double bed and a sofa bed, while four-bed studios are equipped with a double bed and bunk beds or a sofa bed. In the four-bed apartments, there is a French bed in the bedroom, while the living room with the kitchen has a sofa bed. The four-bed family apartment has one double bed and two single beds.

On the first floor, there are one two-bed and one four-bed unit each with a view of the sea, as well as one four-bed unit facing the back of the building. The second floor has one two-bed and one four-bed unit with a sea view, as well as one two-bed and one four-bed unit at the back of the building. On the third floor there are one two-bed and one three-bed unit with a sea view, one three-bed unit with a partial sea view, as well as one four-bed unit facing the back of the building.
All accommodation units have WiFi internet, TV, air conditioning and a kitchenette with basic equipment, a stove and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. Each unit has a balcony equipped with seating and a clothes dryer, with a view of the street or the sea. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a curtain. The cleaning of the accommodation, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done after four nights.
The reception is located on the first floor of the building. The accommodation does not have a yard, and guests can park their vehicles in the immediate vicinity of the facility or in the vicinity of the stadium. There is also a free public parking lot less than 200 meters away.
