Soultana House awaits you just 100 meters from the center, next to the football field and in front of the city beach. The facility consists of a studio for 2 or 3 people and an apartment for 4 or 5 people. It consists of a renovated and non-renovated part and when booking you must emphasize which part you want. There is also the possibility of preparing breakfast daily.
Not far from Soultana House, in the center of Neos Marmaras, you will find various shops and services such as banks, post office, pharmacy, traditional fish taverns, restaurants, cafes, beach bars and clubs, so you can easily meet everyday needs. For sports fans, very close to our accommodation there are diving centers, tennis courts and an equestrian club. Nearby is the famous Porto Carras golf course, which has been recently redesigned. Finally, just 3km from Neos Marmaras, it is worth visiting the traditional village of Parthenonas which is located at 350m above sea level and enjoy the unique view of the Gulf of Toron and the island of Kelyfos.
