The accommodation units are neat, bright and well maintained, and each has a side view of the sea and the harbor, which can be reached in a few minutes' walk. The facility is practically positioned for guests who want to be close to the center, with a somewhat quieter environment compared to the coast itself.
The town center, restaurants, bars, shops and other facilities for daytime and evening events are about 100 meters away. The town's sandy beach, holder of the Blue Flag and about 1 km long, is approximately 800 meters away, while Paradisos beach is about 1.5 km away. Arista supermarket is about 300 meters from the accommodation.
Teo Apartments has two single studios, one double studio and one duplex apartment for up to six people. The studios are located on the ground floor, while the apartment is on the first floor.
Single-bed studios have one narrower French bed and can host a maximum of one adult with a child. The double studio has two single beds, with the possibility of adding an extra bed. Each studio has a kitchenette equipped with a small fridge, sink and stove. The studios are not air-conditioned and are more modestly equipped, but they are functional.
The duplex apartment of about 70 m² consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, a spacious balcony and a new, comfortable bathroom with a glass shower cabin. In the living room there are two sofa beds, TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with a flat cooking plate, a microwave, a dishwasher, a large fridge with a freezer and a coffee machine. There is a double bed in one bedroom, and two single beds in the other, and both rooms have large built-in wardrobes with mirrors. The apartment has a security entrance door with multiple protection, in front of which there is a shoe closet.
All accommodation units have mosquito nets on the windows, WiFi internet and private balconies with an awning, seating and clothes dryer. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
The facility does not have a yard or private parking, so during the season, finding a parking space can be difficult. Free public parking is located about 200 meters from the accommodation.
Coming from the direction of Nikiti, it is necessary to turn right from the main road at the second entrance to Neos Marmaras and continue straight for about 400 meters.
