There are three apartments on offer, intended for the stay of two adults and up to two children. All apartments are located on the ground floor, slightly raised from the ground level with two steps. Each apartment consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. In the living room there is a pull-out sofa with the dimensions of a French bed, a coffee table and a kitchen equipped with a mini-stove and a refrigerator with a freezer. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes, coffee table and air conditioning. The bathroom is equipped with a glass shower cabin. The balconies are partially enclosed by a wall, with the front balcony being more practical for living, while the back is narrower. The units are modern and well equipped, and bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
Guests have at their disposal a landscaped yard with lawn and greenery, a children's playground with two trampolines, as well as a private parking lot with a sufficient number of spaces.
House rules apply in the facility, with rest periods from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Coming from the direction of Neos Marmaras on the Nikiti-Sarti highway, the accommodation is on the left, about 940 meters from the Masoutis supermarket. The Christos House facility is located in the same yard.
