Accommodation: Zephyros Studios

Zefyros Studios is located in one of the most attractive locations in Neos Marmaras, on the central town square and right next to the sea coast. The location of the facility allows guests to have almost the entire tourist offer in the immediate vicinity and easily accessible. The accommodation is more modestly equipped, but neat, clean and regularly maintained.

The city beach is about 600 meters away, while the beach in the Paradisos area is approximately 1.5 kilometers away. On the square itself and in its immediate surroundings there are supermarkets open until midnight, bakeries, fast food facilities, numerous restaurants and taverns, cafes, pizzerias, tourist shops, as well as leather, fur, jewelry and gold shops.

The building is located in a steep street on a hill, which is characteristic of Neos Marmaras and contributes to the authentic appearance of the place. It has six studios and one apartment, with a maximum capacity of up to five people.

The double accommodation unit number 1 has two joined single beds and the possibility of adding one extra bed, as well as a spacious bathroom with a glass shower cabin. Unit number 2 has a double bed, with two joined single beds, while the kitchen is located on the terrace. Unit number 3 is the only double unit with a double bed, and the bathroom does not have a shower or a shower cabin, only ceramic tiles. Accommodation units number 2 and 3 are smaller and without wardrobes, so they are more suitable for shorter stays.

Four-bed studio number 4 has two joined single beds and bunk beds. Studios number 5 and 6 have three beds and are equipped with three single beds, two of which are connected. Studio number 5 has a bathroom with a glass shower, while studio number 6 has only tiles in the bathroom, without a shower or bathtub.

The apartment has two joined single beds in the bedroom and two joined single beds in the area with the kitchen. It is equipped with two air conditioners, a larger TV and there is the possibility of adding one extra bed.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have a kitchenette with a stove and a refrigerator, except for some double rooms that only have a refrigerator. Hair dryer, hot water throughout the day, mosquito nets, WiFi internet and TV are available to guests. Each unit has a balcony, which is separated by wooden railings and equipped with seating and a clothes dryer. Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three to four days.

The building has no yard or private parking. Parking is possible on the street in front of the accommodation or in the free public parking lot located about 200 meters away, near the church.

Zefyros Studios is located on a steep street above the central square, about 70 meters from the National Bank.

This accommodation is suitable for guests who prefer to stay in the city center, in a lively and busy environment, with close proximity to all the amenities that Neos Marmaras has to offer.
