Villa Ferendino is located in Nidri, about 60 meters from the beach and approximately 150 meters from the town center. It has studios intended for a stay of two to four people and represents accommodation that, although somewhat older, leaves the impression of orderliness and good maintenance. Free wireless internet and parking are available to guests, while in the yard there is a small wellness center where, for an additional fee, you can use the sauna, hammam and massage services. The nearest shop and bakery are about 50 meters from the building.
The accommodation consists of a total of four studios. Two two-bed studios with an area of 17 m² are equipped with two joined beds for one person. The third studio, with an area of 19 m², also has two beds, with the possibility of adding an extra bed. The three-bed studio, measuring 23 m², has one double bed and one bed for one person, and if necessary, it is possible to add an extra bed, metal construction with a mattress of almost standard thickness.
All studios are air-conditioned and have an equipped kitchen with a two-burner stove and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Guests have at their disposal a TV, WiFi internet, a completely renovated bathroom, mosquito nets and a terrace.
Cleaning and bed linen change are done after three nights. If necessary and with prior agreement with the owners, guests can use the washing machine. There is a hammam and a sauna within the facility, the use of which is charged additionally, while there is also a small parking lot nearby.
Getting to the villa is simple - after entering Nidra, you need to drive straight to the bridge that crosses the rainwater drainage channel, then immediately turn left towards the beach, and after 30 meters in a small street that leads to the coast, Ferendino Studios is on the right.
Villa Ferrendino is located in a street with little traffic, which allows for a quiet stay, and at the same time offers an excellent location near the center and all important facilities. It is a good choice for guests looking for a good price-quality ratio.
