Irini Studios is located in Nidri and represents neat and pleasant accommodation intended for guests who want a quiet stay, but at the same time close to the center of the town. Guests have at their disposal a private parking lot, a beautifully landscaped yard with a shared barbecue, as well as free wireless internet throughout the facility.
The nearest bakery and shop are about 200 meters away. The accommodation is located approximately 300 meters from the sea and the marina, about 400 meters from the center of Nidri and about 800 meters from the sandy city beach.

On the ground floor there are a two-bed studio, a two-bed room and a six-bed apartment. The double room faces the street, has no kitchen and is equipped with two single beds. The six-bed apartment of about 55 m² has two bedrooms with two single beds each, two bathrooms, while in the kitchen there are two more couches whose mattresses are the size of single beds. The double studio has one double bed and the possibility of adding an extra bed on a metal structure with a mattress of almost standard dimensions. The two-bed studio and the six-bed duplex apartment share a common veranda on the ground floor, which is not fenced.
On the first floor there are two four-bed studios and one four-bed apartment. Four-bed studios are equipped with one French and two single beds. Studio number 2 has a kitchen that is separate from the sleeping area, while studio number 4 has a separate bedroom with a double bed, separated by an accordion door. The four-bed apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa for two people.
All accommodation units, except for the double room, have a kitchen. All units are air-conditioned and equipped with a bathroom with shower and curtain, TV, wireless internet, safe, mosquito nets and a terrace. Some units also have an oven, while the duplex apartment has a large refrigerator.
Accommodation units are cleaned daily, while sheets and towels are changed every three to four days, depending on the length of stay.
The owners live within the facility and are available to guests throughout their stay, both during the day and in emergency situations during the night.
