Mar Mar Villas are located on the island of Lefkada, in the area of Nidria, on Dessimi hill, about 160 meters from the sea. They are 3 km from the center of Nidri, while the Aktion airport is about 35 km from the accommodation. Dessimi Beach is approximately 880 meters away by car. The road to the beach is pleasant, with one shorter part not paved and passing through the natural shade of perennial trees.
On the north side there is a wide and open view that includes Nidri and the fishing village of Vliho, while at the foot of the hill, just below the villas, there is Dessimi beach with a greenish bay. The island of Skorpios can be seen in front of the villas, and to the east there is a view of the islands of Meganisi, Kalamos and Thilia, while in the distance Mitikas, Paleros and the island of Arkudi can be seen.
Mar Mar Villas consists of two traditional stone villas, built in 2010, each of which has its own pool of 50 m². They are located in an olive grove of 7.5 hectares, while in the immediate vicinity there is a large forest area suitable for nature walks.
Each villa is spread over three levels, with a total area of about 250 m², connected by an internal staircase, and is intended for a stay of six to ten people. All villas have sea view and two verandas.
Inside there are four bedrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, one bedroom has two single beds, while the fourth has four single beds. Two sofa beds are also available in the living room. The villas have three bathrooms and an additional toilet.
The accommodation is air-conditioned and guests have access to free Wi-Fi internet, a living room, two living rooms and a dining room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and complete kitchen utensils. Additional amenities include heating, fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD and CD player, mosquito nets, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer.
In the yard there is a private swimming pool with deckchairs. A baby cot, a free extra bed and a high feeder are available on request.
Housekeeping, as well as changing of bed linen and towels for the pool, is done every three days.
