San Lazzaro Apartments is an accommodation located on a hill above Nidri, with a distinct view of the bay and the surrounding islands. It is about 300 meters from the sea, while the nearest bakery and shop are approximately 250 meters away, and the town center is about 500 meters away. The location of the building allows for a more peaceful stay, with easy access to the main facilities in the town.
We offer comfortable and neat accommodation units intended for a stay of two to six people. Guests have at their disposal a total of 11 two-bed studios of about 23 m², four four-bed apartments of about 50 m², as well as one maisonette of 90 m², intended for up to six adults. The maisonette has two bathrooms and two air conditioners. In the studios and apartments, if necessary, an extra bed of metal construction with a standard mattress can be added, for the third or fifth person.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with TV, mosquito nets, safe and bathroom with shower and hair dryer. Within each unit there is an equipped kitchen with a stove with two burners, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and an extractor hood. Each unit has a terrace with a sea view. The interiors are modernly decorated, with new furniture and household appliances. Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every other day.
Guests have at their disposal a reception that is open during the day, wireless internet in all accommodation units and at the reception, as well as a small snack bar where breakfast is served. There are also two private parking spaces available, one within the yard of the building and the other at a distance of about 100 meters, as well as a shared barbecue.
The stay of pets weighing up to 4 kg is allowed with a mandatory prior inquiry at the time of booking.
