Agapitos Apartments is an accommodation located right on the coast and promenade, in the most popular part of Nikiti. This facility, located a few steps from the beach, offers neat and airy apartments, some of which have direct and some side views of the sea.
The complex is located in the heart of Nikiti - a step away from all events, taverns, cafes and shops. Only a street separates it from the city beach, and there is an excellent restaurant in front of the building itself.
The apartments can host from three to five people, there are a total of eight of them and they are distributed in two buildings - four apartments in the white building (which is located in front and offers newer and better equipped apartments) and four apartments in the yellow building (which is located behind and offers slightly older but well-maintained apartments).
The white building has two duplex apartments for rent on the ground floor (of which only one is renovated), and two renovated duplex apartments on the second floor (blue and green).
These apartments have a direct view of the sea and consist of a living room with a dining room and kitchen, a bathroom and two separate bedrooms. In one of the bedrooms of the duplex apartment there is a double bed and in the other there are two single beds, while the apartments on the ground floor have an additional sofa bed in the living room - they can host five people.
The kitchens of the duplex apartments are equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, the apartments on the first floor have a mini stove with an oven, while one of the apartments on the ground floor (renovated) has a built-in hob without an oven. The bathrooms of the renovated apartments have a glass shower cabin.
The yellow building has four standard apartments with a side view of the sea for three or four people, two each on the first and second floors.
Three-bed apartments have one French or two single beds in the bedroom, as well as an additional single bed in the room with the kitchen.
Four-bed apartments have one double and one single or three single beds in a separate bedroom, and one single bed in the room with the kitchen.
The kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer and a mini stove with an oven, and the bathrooms have a shower.
All accommodation units have WiFi internet, TV and air conditioning.
A cot is available on request, and pets are welcome with prior agreement with the owners.
Bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay, and guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation units during their stay.
In front of the building there is an unfenced concrete area with some natural shade, equipped with furniture for sitting, and a barbecue is available for guests.
Private parking is provided, as well as sunbeds and umbrellas, which the owners of the accommodation provide for use.
After passing the traffic lights at the entrance to Nikita, turn right from the main road at the church and drive until you reach the city beach. After that, turn right again and you have arrived (you will see Arsanas restaurant located in front of the accommodation).
