Aladia Apartment is a good choice for a holiday in one of the most visited resorts in Halkidiki. It is located in Nikiti, about 700 meters from the beach, and offers a convenient location, comfort and a pleasant atmosphere. Staying in this apartment provides a peaceful environment while being close to the sea and all the facilities that the resort offers, which makes it suitable for relaxing and exploring Sithonia.
The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and has been carefully designed to provide a comfortable and functional stay for up to six adults. It consists of a living room connected to the kitchen and dining room, a bathroom and two bedrooms. In the living room there is a sofa suitable for two people, while each bedroom has a double bed. This arrangement provides enough space for joint activities, but also privacy during vacation.
The accommodation is equipped with amenities that enable a pleasant and carefree stay. All rooms have air conditioning, which ensures refreshment during hot summer days. Guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet and Smart TV, as well as a hair dryer and washing machine, which contribute to practicality during their stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains two ceramic heating zones, a large oven, a fridge with a freezer, a kettle and a toaster, which allows for easy meal preparation.
The balcony of the apartment provides a pleasant space for rest and relaxation, with a view of the surroundings. It is equipped with seating and is suitable for staying in the morning or evening hours.
The stay of pets is allowed with prior agreement with the owner. Upon arrival, a guarantee deposit is left as security for possible damage, which is fully returned to guests if the accommodation is in good condition upon departure.
During the stay, the guests themselves maintain the cleanliness of the apartment. A cleaning service is available at an additional cost, as well as a change of towels and bed linen.
A private parking space is provided directly in front of the building, which allows guests easy and safe parking during their entire stay.
