Alegria Suites is one of the most beautiful accommodations in Nikiti, designed to satisfy even the most demanding visitors with quality. The building is new, arranged in a modern way, equipped to the smallest detail with a lot of style and taste. It is located in a quiet location, away from the noise and crowds, yet very close to all facilities. The villa is about 400 meters away from the beautiful, sandy city beach and promenade, which you can easily reach from numerous restaurants, taverns, pizzerias, cafes, and beach bars that just line up one after the other. About 400 meters away are the well-equipped Masutis store, grocer and bakery.

It has fourteen accommodation units: six studios on the high ground floor with a capacity of up to three people (Junior and Superior), one studio on the high ground floor with a capacity of up to two people (Deluxe) and seven maisonettes on the first floor that can accommodate up to four people (Executive and Family). The maisonettes on the first floor are accessible by elevator. All accommodation units overlook the pool and the yard, they are comfortable, bright, clean and tidy.

In the deluxe studio there is a double bed, in the junior studios a double bed and a single bed, in the superior studios there is a double bed and a pull-out armchair, while in the maisonettes there is a pull-out sofa on the lower level that becomes a bed for two, and on the gallery above, separated by a fenced wooden internal staircase, there is a pull-out bed. All beds have anatomical mattresses larger than standard French ones.

In each unit, there is an equipped kitchen with a microwave oven, a stove, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a toaster, and a tea or coffee maker. All bathrooms have a glass shower cabin, hair dryer and free toiletries and beauty products. All units have beautifully furnished, spacious and private balconies that you can completely cover with an awning with electronic opening/lowering control. The accommodation has satellite television, a good WiFi signal, air conditioning, mosquito nets, clothes dryers, soundproof rooms, and the facility is also suitable for people with special needs. You can use an iron and an ironing board, a feeder for children, various board games, puzzles, books... A cot is also available on request (for an extra charge). Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days, and more often if necessary.

By the pool with jacuzzi you can enjoy all day long using sunbeds and umbrellas completely free of charge, and pool/beach towels are provided. The yard around the villa is landscaped, large and fenced, with a nice lawn for children to run and play, and there is also a summer house with seating, good for adults to socialize. There is enough space in the private parking lot for all guests of the accommodation.

If you are coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, it is best to turn off the main road to Nikiti immediately after Masutis, continue straight and at the first fork in the road turn left, then into the first street on the right and after a few meters you will see the accommodation.
