Alexander Haus is located in a secluded and quiet location, near Koviu Beach and Nikiti resort, and is a good choice for guests who want to stay in a natural environment, away from the crowds. We offer air-conditioned studios for two to four people, with secured wireless internet, private parking and a large, beautifully landscaped yard full of greenery. The stay of pets is allowed with prior agreement with the owner.
The accommodation is about 270 meters from Koviu beach, while the center of Nikiti and the Masutis supermarket are located approximately 5 km away.
The facility has a total of nine studios located on the ground floor, on the first and second floors, as well as on the mezzanine between the first and second floors, where two studios are located. On the top floor, between the two studios, there is a large shared terrace, while one of the studios has a partial sea view. We offer two-bed, three-bed, three-bed studios intended for three adults and a child, as well as four-bed studios.
Double studios have one French or two single beds. Three-bed studios have one French bed and one single bed. Three-bed studio for three adults and a child, located on the first floor, has a double bed, a single bed and an extra bed. Four-bed studios have a double bed and two single beds. Due to the difference in surface area, in some four-bed studios it is possible to add a cot, while in others it is not feasible.
All studios have a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove and basic utensils, LCD TV, mosquito nets on the windows and doors, a bathroom with a shower, as well as a private terrace with seating, an awning and a clothes dryer. Ground floor studios have unenclosed verandas with table and chairs. A hairdryer is available on request, while a cot, high chair and baby bath are available at no extra charge. The cleaning of the accommodation units, as well as the replacement of towels and bed linen, is done after four nights, and for stays of less than ten nights, after three nights.
The building is surrounded by a large yard with lots of greenery, in which there is also a section intended for children with swings and see-saws. Guests have at their disposal a summer house with a barbecue and a small electric stove, as well as a fountain nearby. The beach is reached by a footpath that passes under the highway, which allows safe passage for children as well. Within the courtyard there is also a private parking lot with a sufficient number of places for all guests.
The accommodation can be reached on the main road in the direction of Sarti, about five kilometers after Nikiti, where there is a sign on the right with the inscription Alexander Haus.
