If you are looking for modern and well-maintained accommodation in a quiet place, within walking distance of the beach and all amenities in Nikiti, Amaryllis Complex could be a great choice for you. We offer comfortable, clean and air-conditioned four-bed apartments with a private terrace, shower cabin and parking.
It is located 190m from the city beach, 490m from the grocer and bakery Zorbas and 650m from the Masutis supermarket (under the highway).
Amaryllis Complex is a new accommodation built in 2017, consisting of 12 beautifully and modernly decorated four-bed apartments, without sea view. They are distributed on the high ground floor and on the first floor.
All apartments are identical (30m2) and have a kitchen with a stove with two burners, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and the necessary dishes, WiFi internet, TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, shower cabin, mosquito nets and a private terrace. At the entrance to the apartments there is a dining room with a kitchen, TV, air conditioning and a wardrobe and a folding sofa the size of a French bed. Next to the dining room is a bedroom (separated by a door) with a double bed. A baby cot is available on request and included in the price, and can only be placed in the dining room. Cleaning, as well as changing towels and bed linen, is done every third day.
Private parking is available to guests (there is one parking space for each apartment) and an elevator. The accommodation does not have a yard.
You will find accommodation very easily. Going along the main road, after the traffic lights in Nikiti, continue straight until you see the church on the right. At the church, turn right onto Neakitou Street and drive to the beach. After exiting the road along the beach, turn left and drive straight for 800m, turn left into the street and drive another 190m, then turn right and 100m later you will arrive in front of the Amaryllis Complex.
