The three-bedroom apartment, which is a maisonette in its structure, is spread over four levels and can accommodate a maximum of seven adults. On the upper ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen and a toilet, while in the basement there is one bedroom. Stairs lead to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, while in the attic there is a slightly raised, open gallery. In one bedroom and on the open gallery there is a double bed each, in one bedroom there is a bed for one person, while in the bedroom in the basement there are two beds for one person.

On request, within the price, a baby cot is available to guests.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has air conditioners in the living room and in the bedrooms, guests have at their disposal free WiFi internet, TV, hairdryer, washing machine, as well as an equipped kitchen with four hotplates, a large oven, a fridge with a freezer, a microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.

There are two balconies on the first floor, one of which is equipped with seating, while on the ground floor there is a veranda with an additional place to rest.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests enter a clean apartment and during their stay they take care of hygiene themselves, as well as changing bed linen and towels, which they receive from the owner every three days. There is a possibility of additional cleaning for an additional fee.
