Aelia Luxury Apartments is a complex located in Nikiti, at the very beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the intersection of the west and east coasts. The property is about 270 meters from the beach and approximately 2.7 km from the old part of Nikiti, which is especially pleasant and romantic in the evening.
The accommodation includes studios located on the ground floor and on the first floor, with a maximum capacity of up to four adults and one child up to 16 years old. Two-bed studio, suitable for people with disabilities, has one double bed. Three-bed studios have one double bed and one single bed. The four-bed studios, which are organized as maisonettes on two levels, have a bathroom and a kitchen area with one double bed on the lower level, located at the level of the first floor, while on the upper level, in the attic, there is an open gallery with a sleeping area in which there are two single beds. Five-bed studios, in addition to the above layout, also have a sofa for one person in the kitchen area.
Upon request, within the price, a baby cot is available to guests.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, with maisonettes having separate air conditioners on each level. Guests are provided with free Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV, a bathroom with a hairdryer, and a kitchen equipped with a stove with two glass-ceramic hotplates, a microwave oven, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle and a toaster.
Depending on the number of floors of the accommodation unit, guests can spend pleasant mornings and evenings on a furnished veranda or balcony overlooking the courtyard. The stay can be additionally completed by relaxing on one of the three common balconies with comfortable garden furniture, while in the yard there are also swings intended for children.
The reception is available to guests every day from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Pets are not allowed.
Accommodation units are cleaned daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days. Guests are provided with a laundry service as part of the price.
A limited number of parking spaces are provided for accommodation guests.
