Anneta's House is an accommodation located in the very center of Nikiti, less than 100 meters from the sea. The main advantages of this facility are the exceptional location, quality of construction, modern design and comfort. The house is of recent construction and has studios for two to four people, as well as maisonettes for two to five people. All accommodation units are neat, clean and modernly equipped, air-conditioned, with mosquito nets and private terraces with seating.
The facility is located about 60 meters from the city beach in Nikiti, while the Happy supermarket, as well as numerous taverns and cafes, are approximately a hundred meters away.
We offer three four-bed studios on the ground floor and three five-bed maisonettes on the first floor. The studios have one double bed and a sofa bed, while the maisonettes on the lower level have a double bed and a sofa bed, and another double bed in the gallery. The gallery is not physically separated from the rest of the space by a wall or door. The studios have a street view, while the maisonettes overlook the street and the yard.
All accommodation units have a TV, air conditioning, wireless Internet, a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, a mini-stove with an oven and basic dishes, as well as a terrace with seating and a parasol. The bathrooms in the studios have a shower cabin, while in the maisonettes the shower areas are bordered by a wall, without a curtain. Bed linen and towels are changed every three nights.
The building does not have a private parking lot or yard, except for the fenced approach to the house with a small grassy area. Public parking is located at a distance of about 100 meters from the accommodation.
