Annio Studios is an accommodation in a quiet location in Nikiti, about 300m from the sea. Tucked away in a beautifully landscaped and fenced yard, full of greenery, with a summer house and brick barbecue, this accommodation is a real oasis a step away from all the amenities of charming Nikiti. The city beach is about 300m away, the Zorbas bakery and grocer are about 140m away, and the Masoutis supermarket is about 500m away (under the highway).
We offer eight studios for 2-4 people. Three are located on the first and five on the second floor.
Three-bed studio no. 1 has three single beds, double studio no. 3 has two single beds, and the three-bed studio no. 4 has one French bed and one single bed each. Double studio no. 11 has two joined single beds, three-bed studio no. 12 has two joined single beds and a pull-out armchair suitable for an adult, four-bed studio no. 13 has a double bed and two sofa beds, double studio no. 14 has two joined single beds, and the three-bed studio no. 15 has two single beds and a sofa bed.
The apartment is located on the first floor, at the back of the house, and is equipped with one French and two single beds and a sofa bed.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV, internet, mosquito nets, a kitchen with two hot plates, a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment and the necessary dishes, a bathroom with a shower and a private terrace covered with an awning, with seating and a clothes dryer.
The yard is beautifully landscaped and secure, with a canopied summer house, brick barbecue, lawn and private parking for all guests.
When you see the church on the right side of the main road in Nikiti, turn right towards the sea and continue straight for about 550m. Turn left and drive another 100m until you reach Annio Studios.
