In the heart of Nikiti, not far from the beach, is the house Anthonas. Surrounded by greenery, with the natural shade of trees, and at the same time fenced, it is ideal for families with children who are looking for a quiet location, close to the beach.
The city beach is located about 250m from the house, and the town center is at the same distance, where there are taverns, cafes, promenade, bakeries, markets.
The offer includes ordinary three-bed studios (30m2), deluxe three-bed studios (30m2), three four-bed apartments (60m2) and one luxury six-bed apartment (140m2).
There are a total of five regular studies (no. 2, 3, 4, 21, 22). All studios are equipped in the same way, they have a French and a single bed (except No. 21 which has three single beds), a kitchen with a two-burner stove and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a bathroom with a shower with a curtain and a terrace with a table and chairs. Study no. 2, 3 and 4 are on the ground floor, and studio no. 21 and 22 are on the first floor.
The deluxe studio is three, no. 12, 13 and 14. They are located on the first floor, they have a double bed, a kitchen with an induction hob and a fridge with a freezer compartment, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace with a table and chairs. Only adults can stay in these units.
There are three apartments in total, no. 11 and 20 and a luxury apartment. Apartment no. 11 is located on the first floor, has two French beds, and the bathroom has a shower cabin. Apartment no. 20 is located on the first floor, has one double and two single beds, and the bathroom is the same as apartment no. 11. All apartments have a kitchen with a stove and a large refrigerator with a freezer, as well as a terrace with a table and chairs.
The luxury apartment is located on the first floor. It consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a living room with a sofa for two and a kitchen, one toilet and one bathroom. Only adults can stay in this apartment.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV, internet, mosquito nets, coffee maker, kettle and hairdryer. A baby cot is available upon request. Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
Within the fenced yard there is a lot of greenery and trees that provide natural shade, as well as a barbecue and a table and chairs. Private parking is provided for all guests.
The owners do not allow visits by guests who are not staying in the accommodation.
