Antony's Apartments are accommodation close to the beach and close to all the facilities of Nikiti. It is located in a quiet part of town, surrounded by a large yard and can be a good choice for those who want to spend a peaceful and pleasant vacation. It is extremely clean and the owner is very kind.
It is located about 150m from the sandy city beach and about 80m from the port and other amenities of the place.
We offer four comfortable and well-equipped apartments on the first floor, as well as a newly built building consisting of two types of accommodation units.
The six-bed apartment Antony (75m2) has one double bed or two bunk beds in the bedrooms. In the living room there are two sofa beds, a dining area and an equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, small freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric kettle. This apartment has a terrace, two TVs, two air conditioners and internet.
The four-bed Garden apartment (35m2) has one double bed in the bedroom and two bunk beds in the room with dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped, has a mini-stove with an oven and a small refrigerator. The bathroom has a bathtub with a curtain. The apartment is air-conditioned, has TV and internet.
The five-bed apartment Asteria (52m2) has two bedrooms (with one double bed and two single beds), a separate and fully equipped kitchen with one couch, two balconies, three air conditioners, two televisions and a glass shower cabin in the bathroom.
The six-bed apartment Angela (51m2) has two balconies, a bedroom with one double bed and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two single beds and a corner sofa for two people. Each room has a TV and air conditioning. The bathroom has a glass shower cabin.
Accommodation units have hair dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes dryer.
Studios (N.102, N.103) and apartment (N.101) are located on the upper ground floor and can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children. The studios have a double bed and a sofa bed for two people, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment consists of a living room with an equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. The bathrooms have a shower cabin.
Studios (N.104, N.105) and apartment (N.106) are located on the first floor and can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children. The studios have a double bed and a sofa bed for two people, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment consists of a living room with an equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. The bathrooms have a shower cabin.
Newly built accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV and Internet, hairdryer, as well as an equipped kitchen with a stove with two or four (N.101) glass-ceramic hotplates, a large oven (N.101), a large fridge with freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.
Guests can spend warm summer days with a view of the yard on the fenced veranda or balcony, equipped with seating furniture.
Daily cleaning is done between 08:00 and 12:00, while bed linen is changed every four days, and towels are changed every two days.
The yard is well-maintained, the lawn is ideal for playing, and guests have at their disposal furniture for sitting and a barbecue. Private parking is provided for all guests.
After the traffic lights at the entrance to Nikiti, turn off the main road into Neakitou Street and continue 590m towards the beach, then turn into the alley on the right (next to the butcher's shop and bookstore, you will see them in that alley on the left). Continue straight for 140m, then turn right and 30m later you will be in front of Antony's Apartments.
