Athina's Apartments are located in the old part of Nikiti, in a very quiet location, separated from the noise and crowd. The accommodation is about 2 km from the sandy beach and promenade, and offers guests a pleasant vacation in silence.
We offer two three-bed apartments and one two-bed studio. The apartments are located on the ground floor and consist of a bedroom with a double bed and a room with a kitchen, dining room and sofa. In one apartment, you enter the bathroom from the bedroom, while in the other, you enter from the living room. The double studio is located on the first floor and has one double bed and a sofa, while the kitchen is slightly separated, but not separated by a door.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with TV, internet and mosquito nets. The kitchens include a stove, toaster, stove and refrigerator. The bathrooms are modern, with a shower area surrounded by glass. Hair dryers are available to guests, and laundry service is available for an extra charge of 10 euros. Pets are not allowed.
The units do not have their own balconies, but each has its own table and chairs in the grassy courtyard. Towels and bed linen are changed, as well as cleaning, every four days. Two parking spaces are provided, and vehicles can be parked in the immediate vicinity of the building.
