The accommodation is located in the promenade area of Nikitia, 100m from the city beach, but on the quieter side, towards Saint George beach, in the Neakitos maisonette complex. It consists of four maisonettes (about 80m2) built in 2006. The nearest market is Masoutis (980m), which is located under the main road, while the nearest grocer and bakery are about 860m away (they are located at the intersection across from Nikos Hotel).
Maisonette Neakitos 1 can host a maximum of seven people. On the first level, the living room and the kitchen are connected. The living room has a sofa bed, TV, DVD and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large fridge with freezer, stove, microwave and electric kettle. The living room leads to a veranda with seating. On the first floor there are two air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom. In the first there is a double bed and a TV, and in the second there is a single bed and an extra bed that can be folded out if necessary. Both rooms have a terrace, and one of them has a side view of the sea. The bathroom has a shower tub with a curtain. The third level consists of a gallery with a sloping roof, with another air-conditioned bedroom that is not separated by a door and has a double bed.
Maisonette Neakitos 2 can accommodate a maximum of eight people. On the first level, the living room and kitchen are connected, and a toilet without a shower. The living room has two and three folding seats, TV, DVD and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large fridge with freezer, stove, microwave, electric kettle, dining table and chairs. The living room leads to a veranda with seating. On the first floor there are two air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom. In the first there is a double bed and a TV, and in the second there are two single beds and an extra bed that can be folded out if needed. Both rooms have a terrace, and one of them has a side view of the sea. The bathroom has a shower tub with a curtain. The third level consists of a gallery with a sloping roof, with another air-conditioned bedroom that is not separated by a door and has two single beds and a TV.
Maisonette Neakitos 15 consists of three levels, has a view of the sea and can accommodate a maximum of six people. On the first floor there is a living room with a two-seater and a three-seater with the size of a single bed, a large plasma TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave and a coffee maker, as well as a toilet. On the second level there are two air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and a curtain. The first one has a double bed and a TV, and the second one has a double bed and an exit to two terraces. On the third level is a children's room with one single bed and air conditioning. At the front of this maisonette is a porch with an awning, a table and chairs.
The maisonette Neakitos 14 also consists of three levels and is very similar to Neakitos 15, with the third level decorated in a classic style, and both couches on the first level can be used as single beds, so the maximum capacity is seven people.
All maisonettes have internet, hair dryer, washing machine, mosquito nets, a small part of the yard in the front part and a yard with brick barbecue, shower and seating furniture in the back part. A private parking lot with numbered spaces is located behind the maisonette, so guests can be sure that a place is waiting for them.
Cleaning, as well as changing towels and bed linen (they can also be washed in the machine), are done by the guests themselves. Only in the case when the stay is longer than ten nights, the person in charge of cleaning will change the towels and bed linen.
Pets are allowed on request.
After passing the traffic lights at the entrance to Nikita, drive straight until you see the church on your right. Turn right there and drive straight to the beach for about 800m, then turn left and continue along the beach for about 820m until you see this complex on the left.
