Captain's Maisonettes offers modern and comfortable accommodation just 350 meters from the beach, ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy the charms of Nikiti. Thanks to its excellent location and proximity to restaurants, cafes and promenades, the accommodation provides everything you need for a relaxing and fulfilling vacation. Whether you're looking for peace or adventure, you'll find the perfect balance here. This beautiful place, located at the beginning of Sithonia, is an ideal base for exploring the most beautiful beaches and attractions of this part of Greece. The place itself is known for its long sandy beach, promenade by the sea and authentic old town with traditional stone houses and narrow streets, which exude true Mediterranean charm.
We offer two apartments, both designed as maisonettes and arranged on two levels: ground floor and first floor.
The first maisonette can accommodate up to six adults. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen and a toilet, while on the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two connecting single beds. In the living room there is a sofa that can accommodate two people.
The second maisonette can host up to seven adults. The ground floor includes a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom and a toilet, while on the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed and a sofa for one person. One bedroom on the first floor has a double bed, while the other has two connecting single beds.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal a TV, WiFi internet, a washing machine, a hair dryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four rings, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine.
Guests can relax and enjoy themselves on the balconies or verandas, as well as in the small, neat and fenced yard.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter clean accommodation and take care of their own hygiene during their stay. A replacement set of bed linen and towels is provided every five days, and guests change them themselves.
There is no secured parking space, but parking is mostly possible on the street in front of the building.
