The facility has two separate accommodation units, designed to accommodate families or smaller groups of friends. The studio accommodates a maximum of two adults and two children, while the two-bedroom apartment is suitable for a maximum of two adults, two children and a child up to three years old. The studio is equipped with two beds for one person and a sofa for two people. The apartment has a double bed in the first bedroom, while the second bedroom has two beds for one person.
A cot is also available to guests if they decide to travel with the youngest members of the family.
The studio is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and a large wall fan, while the apartment has air conditioning in the bedrooms. Both units have free Wi-Fi, as well as Smart TV, which is in the apartment in the bedrooms, and in the studio in the living room. The kitchen in both units is fully equipped and has a small stove with two glass-ceramic hotplates, a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle and a coffee machine, while the toaster is available to guests only in the apartment.
Both accommodation units have their own private covered veranda with seating, overlooking a quiet, well-maintained courtyard with a garden and a small summer house in front of the studio. The spacious yard is fenced, shaded by rich olive trees, and offers guests additional privacy and space for relaxation and rest.
Pets are not allowed, and the facility is strictly non-smoking, which ensures maximum comfort and cleanliness for all visitors.
Guests independently maintain the hygiene of accommodation units during their stay, while bed linen and towels are changed every five days.
For parking, guests are recommended to park on the street in front of the building, from which the local transport station is only a few steps away. Parking is free and very close to the accommodation, which allows guests to, if they wish, travel by car from the accommodation to any part of Sithonia.
In the center of Nikiti, about 300m from the accommodation, guests can enjoy numerous traditional taverns, handicraft shops and cafes. Among the ways of leisure in the immediate vicinity, special mention is made of hiking to the viewpoint with a panoramic view of the whole of Sithonia, a visit to the beautiful Kalamitsi beach at about 58 km, boat trips to the island of Diaporos, wine tasting in local wineries, as well as a tour of the archaeological remains of ancient Torona. The Itamos mountain massif, ideal for cycling and hiking, is about 20 km away, and the small port of Neos Marmaras is about 25 km away. Macedonia Airport in Thessaloniki is about 88 km away and from there it is very quick to reach Nikiti, which is especially convenient for guests coming from distant destinations.
