In the immediate vicinity of the attractive Nikiti resort, on a particularly beautifully decorated and large property, surrounded by olive trees, is Elli Villa. The accommodation was recently completely renovated, and the accommodation units decorated in green and white tones are tastefully furnished with new and high-quality furniture. Over five acres of space around the building is occupied by a beautiful yard, fenced, full of greenery and natural shade, with a large lawn for jogging and a playground for children.
Elli Villa is located under the main road, about 1.5 kilometers from Nikiti. The paved road leads to the small and unkempt beach of Kastamoniti, which is about 600 meters away, and if you come by car from here you can easily visit many other famous beaches of Sithonia, which are only a few kilometers away from the accommodation, such as Kalogria, Koviou, Kastri, Elia, Lagomandra... There are no facilities in the immediate vicinity, so for entertainment, going out or shopping, you will have to go to Nikiti, for example, where there are various taverns, bars, restaurants, cafes, shops, shops and supermarkets.
The villa has a total of eight accommodation units, six studios that can accommodate two or three people and two four-bed apartments.
Studios in the living room with kitchen have a double bed, as well as the possibility of adding an extra bed for a third person. The apartment has a sofa in the living room with kitchen, which when unfolded becomes a bed for two and a double bed in a separate bedroom. A baby cot is available on request.
