Eva's Houses is located in one of the most beautiful locations in Nikiti, within a private complex built along the coast. The accommodation consists of brightly colored maisonettes, located along the promenade and surrounded by a beautifully landscaped, fenced yard. The maisonettes are comfortable, neat and well-equipped, and only a road separates them from the sandy city beach. This layout is especially suitable for guests who want peace, comfort and a stay in an environment that provides a sense of privacy.
The building is located in the first row to the sea, about 20 meters from the city beach. The center of Nikiti and all facilities can be reached with a leisurely walk along the promenade in a few minutes. The nearest supermarket is about 800 meters away, while in the center, about 1.5 km away, there are bakeries and smaller markets. A good bakery and grocer are about 1 km away, and large supermarkets Lidl and Masutis are located on the main road, approximately 2 km away. Every morning, a van passes by the accommodation with fresh pastries, which guests can buy on the spot.
There are five maisonettes in the offer, marked with numbers 6, 21, 29, 40 and 48. All maisonettes are identically decorated, with an area of about 60 m², and can accommodate a maximum of five people. Maisonette number 48 has been renovated and is of slightly better quality than the others. The space is organized on two levels connected by internal stairs. On the upper level there are two bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower with a curtain, a hair dryer and a washing machine. The bedrooms have access to the terrace. On the lower level there is a living room with a couch and an armchair, a kitchen equipped with a stove, a fridge with a freezer, an electric kettle and basic dishes, as well as a separate toilet.
All maisonettes have air conditioning, TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets and clothes dryer. Guests have at their disposal a balcony on the first floor, as well as a veranda in front of the maisonette, equipped with seating. Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every four days.
The courtyard in front of the maisonette is not physically separated by units, but represents a common, fenced area of the entire complex. The accommodation does not have private parking, and guests can park their vehicles on the street in front of the facility.
