Accommodation: Finikas Garden Resort

Finikas Garden is a brand new complex, built in a quiet and less populated part of Nikiti, only 100m from the sea. Meticulously maintained and neat accommodation units are equipped with modern and high-quality furniture, and are decorated with contemporary design. Amenities include a large and beautifully landscaped yard full of greenery, private parking, an outdoor pool for adults and a pool for children, as well as a children's playground located right next door.

The beach, which is located about 100m away, is unkempt, pebbly and stony, and although it can be used, it is not recommended. The main beach in Nikiti, sandy, long and beautiful, is 1 km away. There, at about a kilometer, the beach and promenade begin, and the city center with a variety of facilities such as traditional taverns, fast food restaurants, pizzerias, bars, cafes, pancake houses, pastry shops, souvenir shops, facilities for children, a bakery and a well-equipped supermarket.

We offer two-bed studios on the first floor, four-bed apartments on the ground floor, and two-bedroom apartments in the basement. Double studios have one French or two single beds. The four-bed apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and a single bed under which a drawer of the same dimensions can be pulled out in the living room with the kitchen, while the apartments in the basement have one double or two single beds in two bedrooms separated from the kitchen.

All accommodation units have a kitchen with an induction hob and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, mosquito nets, WiFi internet, SAT TV, air conditioning and a bathroom with a shower cabin, and a baby cot is available on request. Accommodation units on the ground floor have a terrace separated from the others by a glass partition, and on the first floor there are spacious balconies separated by opaque glass, with an awning, seating and a clothes dryer. Cleaning is done daily, and sheets and towels are changed after three nights.

The beautifully landscaped yard is fenced, has a large lawn for children to run and play, and the little ones will surely like the sand playground with swings, seesaws and climbing frames, which is right next door. Sunbeds by the pool are free of charge, and you can use the pool all day (10:00-20:00). There is a reception desk at the entrance, and a spacious and safe private parking lot is provided.

At the entrance to Nikiti, at the traffic lights, turn right onto Neakitou Street and continue almost to its end. Before exiting the promenade and the beach, turn right into the alley parallel to the beach and continue straight along Aegialou Street (you'll know you're on the right track as soon as you see the Marina Hotel on the right, and just keep going) until you see the small chapel of St. Barbara. About 130m straight from it, you will see a sign with the sign for Angelo Studios, continue straight for another 100m, then turn right and 150m later you will arrive in front of the accommodation.
